Car sitting for year, now will not crank and go in gear?

Car starts but will not crank.
If you live in an area that has high humidity, this is a long time to leave an engine with out turning over or running. The cylinder walls will get corroded and rusted. This can freeze the pistons to the cylinder walls. Even in normal weather this can happen. You only option would be to remove the injectors and try to get some penetrating oil into the cylinders to get it to free up and work the crank pulley back and forth to try and free it up put even then it may never start. In that case, getting the complete inspection done at local car garage is advisable.
